Refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our product at HORIZEN STORE

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

Refund will be initiated in 14 business days after receiving the returned item. For credit card payments, it may take 10 to 14 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement. 15% of COD will be deducted in terms of shipping and administrative charges.

Refund not available on sale products.
Replacement is available within 10 days of purchase.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
